The pipeline set up inside of block moulding machine with vacuum (Horizontal type),adopts PLC and touch screen for controlling the lift and fall of template activity.The elevator size can be adjusted according to the specific data,accuracy and stability,to achieve a multi-purpose machine.Then cut to sheets for using in inner and outer wall, sandwich panel, 3D panel etc. The purpose of using EPS sheets in building is to get heat insulation and sound insulation. Machine feature is: With PLC and touch screen for auto controlling mould opening, mould closing, material filling, steaming, vacuum cooling, demoulding and ejecting. With high-efficient vacuum systemn to improve moulding speed and reduce moisture content. Mould cavitiy surface is coated with Teflon to ensure easy de-mould and good finish of block. Mould plate is of good quality aluminum alloy, high efficient heat conduction, good strength and long life.Machine can make low density blocks like 8g/l, and high density blocks like 35g/l.
